I'm awful at doing 'Business-y' stuff but the longer I run my business the more I see the value on reflecting on what worked and what didn't work and letting things go that don't work as you move into the new year whilst being conscious to focus on building on what worked.
I created this worksheet for myself back in 2018 so it's a touch old but still does the job! As I'm about to do it I thought I'd share on here incase anyone else wants to fill one out for their personal or professional life I think it's a valuable practice as the year closes!
